Exchange/Return Policy

BFE offers exchanges and/or refunds within 7 days from receiving your orders.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

• Exchanges/Returns are permitted within 7 days of your purchase.

• Exchanging is surely with no extra shipping fees in case of any defects from our side. In case of exchange due to personal preferences, you will be subjected to shipping fees that differs from one zone to another.

• You may schedule an appointment through instagram to pass by our showroom to return the product.

• International orders are not subject to refund or exchange

Exchange/Return Policy during Sale Period:

• Estimated delivery time during Sale Period is 5 to 10 working days inside Cairo and 7 to 14 working days outside Cairo.
• Packages cannot be opened or check when delivered. 
  
• We offer NO refunds, ONLY exchanges.
• Exchanges occur within 7 days from delivery.  
• Exchange fees are applied depending on your zone.
