We are pleased to offer FREE Standard shipping on orders all over Cairo :)

Kindly feel free to try your order while the courier awaits to choose the items that suit you best. If you wish to return your whole order with the courier, you'll only be subjected to 50 egp shipping fees.

Shipping time is usually 3-5 Business Days. Please note that it may vary from one zone to another.

GOVERNORATES SHIPPING

Kindly feel free to try your order while the courier awaits to choose the items that suit you best. If you wish to return your whole order on the spot, you'll only be subjected to the stated shipping fees on your invoice.

All BFE orders shipped to local governorates are delivered within 6-9 Business Days. Please note that it may vary from one zone to another. We do our best to ship all over Egypt :)

BFE ships all over Middle East. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.

Placing orders through our website are proceeded with choosing cash on delivery and a payment link will be sent via email to pay for the order before dispatch.

Exchange/Return Policy

 

BFE offers exchanges and/or refunds within 7 days from receiving your orders.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

• Exchanges/Returns are permitted within 7 days of your purchase.

• Exchanging is surely with no extra shipping fees in case of any defects from our side. In case of exchange due to personal preferences, you will be subjected to shipping fees that differs from one zone to another.

Exchange/Return Policy during Sale Period:

• Estimated delivery time during Sale Period is 5 to 10 working days inside Cairo and 7 to 14 working days outside Cairo.
• Packages cannot be opened or check when delivered. 
• We offer NO refunds, ONLY exchanges.
• Exchanges occur within 7 days from delivery.  
• Exchange fees are applied depending on your zone.
